General: The Journal of the Egyptian Mathematical Society publishes original research papers and letters to the editor as well as occasional review articles. Contributions are considered for publication in the Journal only if they have not been published nor are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Scope: The Journal normally accepts contributions in all subjects mentioned in the Mathematics Subject Classification (M. S. C.).
Language: The language of the Journal is English.
Refereeing: Each paper is assessed by two independent referees and, when necessary, by an adjudicator. If the resulting recommendation is unfavorable, the paper may be referred to the editorial board for a final decision. Letters are brief communications that are both timely and important (not normally more than 4 printed pages in length). In the interest of rapid publication, a letter is assessed by only one referee, usually a member of the Advisory Editorial Board, whose decision is final unless a second opinion is requested.
Fees and reprints: 30 offprints of each published article will be supplied to the principal author. The authors are charged the nominal amount of US$ 10 per page for members of the ETMS (US$ 20 for non-members), plus US$ 20 for postage and handling per article.
Format: Contributions should be as concise as possible and should include the following material |
1) Four copies of the typescript, at least one of which must be single sided, each including:
a) Title page with
i) title of article, name(s) of author(s) and address(es) of establishments where work was carried out.

c) Text typed with double spacing on A4 (210 mm. X 297 mm.) or similar paper, with a margin of at least 40 mm. on the left hand-side and at least 20 mm. on the right hand-side.
